 Hi All,


i want to know the detail's of RQM REST API how we can use it? Do we need to install any jar file's for it? can it be used with eclipse client and on web? how it can be used and what are it's uses?
getting error while adding data source "CRLQE0327E Data source (Rational Jazz Team Server) has forbidden Lifecycle Query Engine from fetching the requested resource. Please make sure the necessary licenses are assigned to Lifecycle Query Engines functional user.
Forbidden (403)"
