Team Concert file lock notification

 I've noticed that if one team member locks a file (via web or team concert) other team members are not asynchronously informed. The only way to see a lock is by manually refreshing in the client or trying to deliver.

Is it possible to enable this asynchronous behaviour for locks?

Coming back to this request: please tell me which RFE number has been submitted and in which RTC version it has been implemented ?

PS: the same issue exists in 6.0.6 RTC Eclipse client.
