scmtool VersionMismatchException
I installed RTC 2.0.0.1RC2 yesterday, and recieved the following from one of the users this morning. Any suggestions?
Where can I get the 2.0.0.1 RC2 version of scmtool? I think the wrong version of scm tool is installed by RTC-Eclipse-Client-2.0.0.1RC2-Win32-Local.zip, because of the following error: com.ibm.team.repository.common.transport.VersionMismatchException: CRJAZ1176I There is a version mismatch for the "com.i bm.team.filesystem.common.IFilesystemService" service. The server version is "10" while the client version is "9". Both client and server version must match. Check the overall version of the client using Help->About and ensure it is compat ible with server version "1.0.0.1 RC2" and build id "I20090908-0800". Problem has been resolved. Apparently the user found a download labled RC2, but with an older version of scmtool. He has installed from the Sept 8 zip file and is now working.
