"Add Related Artifacts" by "Create new" artifact
Is it possible to "Add Related Artifacts" by "Create new" artifact.
I can add link to an existing artifact (such as test script) from source file in RTC,
but when I try to create new test script, the "Create new" button is grayed-out.
Is this behaviour work as designed? Or is there any additional setting that I must do?

I can see the "Create new" button enabled for "Add Related Test Plan" and "Add Related Test Case", but it is disabled for "Add Related Test Script" and "Add Related Test Execution Record". RQM supports the OSLC creation dialog for Test Script, but not for Test Execution Record. So I would expect the "Create new" button should be enabled for "Add Related Test Script" option. I will suggest you to open an RFE about this scenario in RTC using -
