Are DB2 client license details stored in a DB2 backup?

Are RTC client license details stored in a DB2 backup?
If I do a backup>restore in order to move an RTC/JTS server to another machine, I'm wondering if the client licenses will be carried over too.
My guess is yes, although just wanted a confirmation.
