Is it possible to clear the details from a Work Item history entry?

 We are running RTC 6.0.3.  I have a user who inadverntantly put a password in a text field of a work item.  We can edit the work item to remove the password but it still shows in History.  Is there anyway to prune the work item history to remove the password (shows up when added and removed from the field)?

I believe you can go into the database and modify the content directly, of course instructed by Support. If necessary, please contact Support.
