Use attributes from module-artifact while Generate Report

Sigrid Himmelberger (11) | asked Apr 27 '17, 8:07 a.m.

When Generating a Report from a module artifact (menu Generate a Report for this view) it would be very helpful if one could use the attributes of the module automatically. When filling out the form "Report Information" the first thing to fill in is the "Name". This could be filled in by default with the name of the module - why is it always empty?

Furthermore the "Additional Report Information (Optional)" is a defined list of attributes of the module. Each time you want to generate a new report one has to fill in the same and same values. In the report itself the external variables nicely display the value of these attributes.

Why is it not possible to set the default value of the module attributes in the form? Is this a defect? Is it a matter of correct configuration?
Thanks a lot for your replies.
