Hi Vamsidhar,

There is no direct way of exporting preconditions set for a test case into excel sheet or via JRS. JRS is simply a report which is displayed based on the data available under the selected QM projects. Actually the question and the title of this question aren't exactly matching. So your requirement and what exactly is your need is not clear.

However,
If you want to set the different preconditions to the test case in one project area and probably need the same preconditions for the test cases into a different project area , this can be done.

Steps To Follow:

1) Open the option "Manage this Project area".
2) Set the Required preconditions to a test case using the "Preconditions and Follow up" section.
3) Save the project area.
4) Click on the option "Export Process Template..." which is available next to the "Explore Project" option.
5) The template will be saved in a ".zip" format.
6) Click on the Manage Templates option from the Admin menu.
7) Import the process template from step 5.
8) Click on the Create Project area option.
7) Under the Available Processes section, select the template imported in step 7. Provide the new project name.
8) Save the project area.
9) Cross check for the test case preconditions, they will be exactly same as the ones from the previous project.
10) So the new test cases which you can add into a test plan will have these preconditions.

Hope this helps,
