How to change the Date format?

Prashanth Danda (112) | asked Apr 11 '17, 11:05 a.m.

I run a query in Work Items.

The result displays Date in Text format
Apr 5, 2017 12:05 PM

I want the Date to be displayed in Excel format
05/04/2017 12:05

How to update Rational so that the Query result displays Date in Excel format?

Thanks

IMO: The former suffers no ambiguity while the latter begs: Is it May 4, or Apr 5, noon or midnight....

Hi Kevin,

I understand the ambiguity that you have mentioned.

For the Work Items calculation that I am doing, I want to see Date in Excel Format
i.e. dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm

Is it possible to configure the Date attribute in Rational so that it displays Date in the above mentioned Excel Format in Query result?

Thanks

The date format shown in the query result is based on the web client's locale setting. To change the format, you need to modify the Language setting of your web browser.
