It is currently not really documented how to create an aspect editor for the Web UI.

How to create an aspect editor for the Eclipse client is explained in the RTC Extensions workshop https://jazz.net/library/article/1000 or https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2017/03/17/updated-rtc-extensions-workshop-for-rtc-6-0-3/ and it escapes me how one could create RTC advisors and follow up actions and not know about that workshop.

So if you missed the Extensions Workshop or lab 5 in the extensions workshop, you want to look at it. Nevertheless, there is currently no really documentation how to create such an editor for the web UI.  I don't think ContributeOperationBehaviorWebEditor will allow you to really create an aspect editor in the web UI. It is in the developer wiki, which means that it is not necessarily maintained - and it is from 2012 . I would suggest to settle for the Eclipse UI.
