Customized project templates considerations during CLM upgrades

Hi

We have received several requests from customers asking for upgrades from V4 to V6. We are aware it's needed to perform 2 upgrades. However we want to know if there are some recommendations regarding customized project templates.
As we know for standard templates there is an update for WI in each upgrade but being customized artifacts we'd like to know if we have to take special considerations, mainly because this changes imply 2 upgrades.

To my knowledge, there are no special considerations you need to have when upgrading in two hops (from V4 to V6).
