IBM RTC Sprint Burndown shows no data available
Hello,
We are using RTC 6.0.1 Scrum Template. We have configured Plan for one of the sprint but burndown shows no data available where there are 100s of items planned for Sprint.
What can be the cause for the same?
Thanks.

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER edited Mar 28 '17, 7:33 a.m. If you can't see data like this, it usually has the following reasons:
Check with your administrator that data collection is working and if it does ask them for if you could have missed something in your configuration.
And repeating that there are many work items is not going to fix the problem. Something, either data collection, or the widget configuration, or the data you produce (category (Filed against)/target (planned for)) work item types and relationships is wrong, causing no data to be seen in the report.

Hi, (I'm not an IBM Expert) Are you talking about a "plan" or a "report" - Burndown? If you are talking about the Report - To use from the OOTB scrum reports it will use the Data Warehouse or DCC component. If the Data is all correct and you have setup the Team, Category and timeline with "Tasks" with Estimates and the Data warehouse has ran then you should see information however you may wish to check all of these things. Hello Matt,
Thank you so much for your reply. We are facing problem in Plan and Report on dashboard both. We have created a plan which is owned by Team 1 and Iteration = Sprint 4. Plan has 100s of items with estimations and Owned by as users withing Team 1. But In plan view, burndown shows no data available. Also, report on dashboard for current sprint burndown also shows no data available.
