Can you do batch RPE reporting?

Ben Sharples (812758) | asked Mar 21 '17, 12:37 p.m.

I have a large set of Test Cases that I wish to publish to Word using a single RPE Template.

Each Test Case needs to be its own Document

Currently I have to publish each Test Case individually either as a report from the reports section of RQM (my RPE template is uploaded as a resource),
or
I publish each one individually from RPE running on my local computer.

Is it possible to set up a way of batch publishing all of the Test Cases but still maintaining each Test Case as singular document?

Using RPE 1.3 and CLM v4.0.6

(Starting from RPE 1.3) You can use Document break element in the template so as to get separate document for each test case. Please find the details in
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS6RHZ_2.1.1/com.ibm.rational.pe.publishing.doc/topics/t_element_document_break.html
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS6RHZ_2.1.1/com.ibm.rational.pe.reference.doc/topics/r_properties_document_break.html

Please find the sample template (with archive) that generates individual document for each requirement. Document name can be specified in Properties->Specific tab.
