How to develop custom link type in RTC

Hi,

I want to create "link type" in rtc.

I have read that for creating link type in rtc we need to develop Plugin.

I have never developed any plugin. Please send any link which make me helpful to develop plugin in rtc.

I hope to get you back as soon as possible
