Project areas summary in RTC/CLM

Kaviraj Thangaraj (548) | asked Mar 08 '17, 1:48 a.m.

Hi,

Can anyone please let me know is it possible to get below things from RTC/CLM.

1. Data size occupied by each project area. (We have 200+ project areas in RTC)
2. Can we find the time when a project area was accessed last time?

Please let me know if any more details needed.
Thanks.

  1. It's not possible to find the data size by project area. However you can find which type of objects occupy the most database size by running Repository Metrics report. Please refer to the answer in thread https://jazz.net/forum/questions/164300/how-to-get-the-size-of-the-artifacts-in-rtc.
  2. You can not find who accessed  the project area, but you can find who modified in the project area using feed service.
