new fields not appear in testCase

 Hi,

I used RQMExcelImport in order to upload test cases from Excel.
in the configuration file I have:
testcase.category term="Feature".value=E
testcase.category term="Package".value=F
testcase.category term="Supported Projects".value=G
and more, I expected that new fields that not exist under Category will be added but they are not appear.
on the other hand - when I try to add them from RQM by "manage test case categories" - I receive: "duplicate values"
although they not appear under categories.
any suggestion?
