Installation Manager says my credentials are invalid

0	Andy Lyon (11●1) \| asked Mar 03 '17, 4:42 a.m. For downloading RTC IDE 6.0.4 M3, Installation Manager says my jazz.net credentials are invalid, yet I can log into Jazz.net community with those credentials with no problem.
