How to integrate Rational CLM with Confluence like wiki pages?

Gautam Datta (1111) | asked Feb 22 '17, 8:08 a.m.

I would like to explore the options for integrating Rational CLM tool (RTC, QM, DOORS) with a 'wiki' notion similar to JIRA/confluence so that the users will be able to create/edit and store wiki-like pages as a repository for knowledge base. Is that possible? Please advise.

Not sure what you mean by "integrate" but let me offer two thoughts ...

1. You can use DOORS NG for this purpose. DOORS NG is a web-based WYSIWYG editor. Some development teams use DOORS NG for API documentation and other stuff they want on wiki-like pages. With DOORS NG's deep integration into the rest of the solution, you get common user and server administration, linking across application with various link types, and common UI. You can create specific information types in DOORS NG that aid organization and searching.

2. Use a jazz dashboard to provide a widget with links to your wiki.  It's a best practice in general to make your dashboard landing page an information hub. We do that ourselves, for example here:
