In our CCM logs, there is a certain user that gets permission denied and talking with him, there is nothing that is being done other than having a tab for CLM 5.0.2 iFix19a open.  

The error is:

com.ibm.team.repository.common.PermissionDeniedException: CRJAZ1316E The user "<user>" does not have permission to read items that have the QueryDescriptor access type.

If I'm not mistaken, it is the Query Descriptor, literally. That is, the query definition, where you specify the query conditions and columns displayed. I guess the user should see similar errors when he tries to run a particular query.
