How do we resolve the RTC Stop Script Error?

We are running into the "stop script" error when people make changes to the Change Request work item from any browser in the a project area. It is having difficulties retrieving enumerations, pulling work items from the search bar, and navigating/scrolling through Change Requests.

The  "Stop Script” pop up keeps appearing when the CR work item is open. We’ve encountered this problem from simply scrolling down the page of a Change Request.

There could be too many attributes in the editor, or too many values in a particular attribute. One thing I'm quite certain is that it has been customized. In this case, I doubt anybody can tell anything unless the customization and actual values are known. You'd better contact IBM Support for this.

BTW, the name "Change Request" sounds more ClearQuest than RTC to me.
