Unable to access the cloud trial

Hi,

I am unable to request for a cloud trial. When I click on 'Lets get started', I get the following error -

Permission Denied

Your account does not have the group memberships required to access the requested resource.

Any idea how I can get the group memberships?

Since you're a new member, probably they have not set up your membership properly yet. Consider sending an email to registration@jazz.net
