When Im Saved Work Item (Task or Story .....)
the wi cannot saved and show this massage ....
" the server is not responding or a page navigation occurred before an operation completed "

Is the project based on OOTB template or has it been customized? If the latter, the given information is definitely not enough. You'd better contact IBM Support in this case.
