The Work Items editor will automatically show newly introduced link
types where the source or target is a Work Item. However, I don't think
it is already possible to introduce link types dynamically (e.g. in the
process specification). If this is still true, you'll need to add a
link type definition to your plugin.xml file.

for each work items like "Start-Start",
"Start-Finish", "Finish-Finish" while link type
of Links field of Jazz supports only
