 Which attribute? Is the time correct based on the server timezone?

All date/time field like creation date, modified date, Actual Roll on date, Roll on submission date. I took .csv from eclipse client modified it (formatting) and then tried to import it. it is taking some other date.

 You can not import or modify calculated dates, especially not:
  • Creation Date
  • Modification Date
  • Dates calculated by plans
