RTC/RQM/UrbanCode + Eclipse(Neon)/Git/Jenkins

Hello all

CLM 502

We have a group that is using Eclipse Neon + Git + Jenkins. They want to work with some of our teams that are using RTC/RQM/Urbancode. I see that there is a way to integrate RTC+Git, RTC+Jenkins, Urbancode+Jenkins, etc...

They want to attach Git "work" to RTC work items. I want for the jenkins builds to have information about the work items attached to the build.
  • Are ALL of these plugin combinations needed to complete the cycle?
  • Is there something that we can skip if we upgrade to 602/603? (I don't want to do a lot of work, and then upgrade and that stuff is no longer needed or handled differently.)

What integrations you need is basically dependent on what you want to achieve. Creating complete integration is almost impossible to achieve and enormous expensive, if you have completely disjoint tool chains and want to integrate across these.
