Test task in rational team concert doesnt show summary

 We have integrated Rational Team Concert with Rational Quality manager and below every Requirement task, test task get create. Test task under summary tab shows - " Tc -289 No summary available for testcase with id 289". Please let me know if any idea.

 Restrict workitem access under category was checked, after that it became visible.
