Rational Team Concert, SVN and JDeveloper
We have a situation where we have Rational Team concert and JDeveloper used separately. I have below queries around it. 1. Is there a way I can inetgrate RTC Jazz SCM and JDeveloper 2. If not, can I introduce SVN in between JAZZ SCM and JDeveloper and track work items in RTC 3. If both the above options are not possible, is there a way out to use JAZZ SCM with JDeveloper

1. To my knowledge there was some effort to create an integration but it never really took up. See https://jazz.net/forum/questions/30368/plugin-for-jdeveloper and https://hub.jazz.net/project/sschmitz252/RTC%20plugin%20for%20JDeveloper/overview.
2. There is a SVN integration https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.team.scm.svn.doc%2Ftopics%2Fc_intro.html for RTC. 3. is basically 1. for all I can tell. It is possible to load data with the RTC SCM Commandline or the Team concert Shell and then work with any tools and editors on that code, but I don't think this is a good approach. |
