Does RTC Large HTML field supports raw HTML content?

George Yuan (111) | asked Oct 09 '16, 10:24 p.m.
Hi everyone, I'm new to RTC and have a big problem about supporting raw HTML tags in description field (or any declared as "HTML" fields).

I heard those "HTML" fields can at least support some font styles in raw HTML format.
I hope to know how. I did following:

1. Copy/Paste raw HTML content including tags to RTC description field, but it just show all the tags to me.
2. I used RTC libraries(Java libraries: com.ibm.team.*.jar) to post description to a work item in programming way, also no lucky.

I just wonder how it called HTML field, but couldn't support basic HTML tags?

The "HTML" type was introduced to support rich text, not all HTML tags.

I believe you can use only those offered in the editor, similar to what is available on this forum.
