How to block concurrent editing of any work item.
For one of requirement we need make a work item un-editable while any other user open the same work item and it is in un-saved state. |

There is no capability available for this that I would be aware of. You would need an Edit button and a handshake mechanism to make this happen. We don't have anything like this.
