Dennis Kirkpatrick (1515) | asked Sep 29 '16, 9:16 a.m.

The server is Microsoft OS 2012 running CLM 6.0.2 and the workstation is running windows 7.  The URI is correct. Installed Client on several other systems and had no problem connecting.

Unable to connect  teamRepository=https://server.com/ccm/

userId=djkirkp

userName=Dennis Kirkpatrick

projectAreaName=Sample Development Scrum Project (Development)connect to the server with URI( https://server .com/ccm/ ) This can happen if you have supplied an incorrect URI or if the server is down.

Suggestions.

Which client?

And by the way, you will not be able to access the RTC 6.0.2 Server with ANY 4.0.2 client - ever. We only allow N-1 compatibility.

The RTC Development Team attempts to provide N-1 compatibility from client to server. This means, the RTC Server should be compatible with clients with lower minor version numbers and 1 Major version number. This is handled in the server as mentioned above. Looking at RTC 4.x it should be possible to access the 4.x server with clients of smaller 4.x versions down to a 3.x client (N-1).
