[Closed] Issue with Importing Requirements from ExcelImport

I have associated RQM and RM.
Links are available for RM in RQM and viceversa.
When I try to Export with ExcelImport option - RM Login Dialog pops up - Linked RM project Drop down has no RM Project listed (Only Two Options - No RM projects linked and Please contact your administrator ).

I can't proceed further as RM projects not listed.

Could you please help me to fix this issue.

Chetan,

Which version of RQM and ExcelImproter you are using? One of the related defect (Defect 139346

) was fixed in v601. This can also occur if logged in user (credential used in Excel Addin) is not having access to any RM project.

Hello Patel,

RQM and Excel Importer version : 6.0.1

I have Adminstrator access to both RQM and RM.
RQM and RM area associated.

still I have the same problem :(
