How to include a Custom attribute for 'Plan Scope' on a Kanban plan

We have created several Kanban view for our project and due to the data volumes we have ~1000 work items to be loaded, before the exclusion applies, the performance makes it un-useable.

To address this we have attempted to filter the data returned at the Plan level, we have 3 options available to us for this. We can define the 'Owner', the 'Iteration' and the 'Plan Scope'.
The Plan Scope field appears limited to 3 pre-defined fields in RTC 6.0.1, which are 'filedAgainst:', 'state:', 'type:'.

QUESION: What we need to do is allow a custom attribute to be included in the 'Plan Scope' field. Is that possible, any suggestions?

Or alternatively other methods to reduce the volume of work items loaded in the Kanban view, loading being the key not display/exclusion. We already refine them in the 'Exclusions', however as they are already loaded by that stage (just not shown). the performance has already been impacted.

Adam, following
https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMUsageModelBestPractices
especially
 https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/RTCPlanLoadingBestPractices#Plan_Scope

to https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/6.0?p=news#plan_performance

the latter states that only the mentioned attributes are supported. So I have to assume that what you want to do is currently not supported.
