Class not found when run test from RQM+Selenium Junit adapter

Package name:com.rqm.test
Class name: TestOne

I tried following as test class,but none of them is working.
1.TestOne
2.com.rqm.test.TestOne
3.C:\Users\IBM_ADMIN\workspace\SeleTest\bin\com\rqm\test\TestOne.class
4.C:\Users\IBM_ADMIN\workspace\SeleTest\bin\com\rqm\test\TestOne


Error message 1:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: TestOne (wrong name: com/rqm/test/TestOne)

Please also check you class path settings.  It more looks like it has been missing/incorrect.
