Configuring role permissions via java client api

Is it possible to add/remove/change permissions of a specific role in a specific project area using java client api?

I am working with CLM 6.0.2

Or create a new role with operation ids permissions.

there must be a way, cause that is waht the eclipse client does.. I have copied the roles, but not configured them

Do you have a code snippet or guide to me to the right function call?

According to the post, there is a function to get the permitted actions but I did not find a function which sets them.
