Adding additional fields to Test Script

Mauro Matteo (111) | asked Aug 11 '16, 8:46 a.m.
 Hi, i'm a newbie in RQM :)

How can I add an additional field in a test script?
I mean, through the section editor I added sections, on which I can put my values etc etc.

But i can't see those new fields in reporting neither in the table of browse test scripts

Thank you

You can add 'Custom' sections for a Manual Test Script from the Manage Sections dialog; these sections will show up if you print to PDF but as you noted, are not available as a Column in the Test Script table view

You may want to consider creating custom Categories or Attributes: these can be created via Admin → Manage Project Properties. They will allow you a bit more flexibility in terms of queries and reporting
