How to filter "Info Not Available" data from dataset in BIRT?

Hi.

I was trying to create a report that helps me with measuring the exact amount of time that a WI spends in every state (I'll also appreciate If you know where I can find more info about this), so I tried to extract the timestamp information of every state change that a WI has.

I found that the WI_CHANGES table has the info I need, however it shows a lot of changes not related to state changes.

How can I filter all those "Info not available values"?

Thanks.

P.D.: Also, if you will, explain me how I can save the values from the timestamp in order to calculate the differences.

Never mind.

I used a field that showed the '{null}' value and could filter the info with an advanced Jazz Data Set.
