Gantt chart questions
Hello.
I am using Agile process on RTC 4.0.7 and have been trying to understand a couple things around the Gantt chart in the Sprint plan Roadmap view. 1) What factors go into the computed start date (e.g., Sep 23)? 2) What may be causing a blocked task to be started before the task it depends on (e.g., 27636 and 27637)? 1. The user, their assignment to the process area and their availability based on that and the pending changes, the iteration start date, the estimated effort and the order of the tasks in the users my work view. 2. The relationships like blocks etc don't have any effect on the planning/sheduling. |
