Unable to open the any project area dashboard or manage any projects which has opensocial gadget widget added. can anyone have solution to this?

RTC not able to display project dashboards
Example:
1) Go to project dashboard https://jazz.com:9443/ccm3/web/projects/Ford#action=com.ibm.team.dashboard.viewDashboard
2) The display is in phase Loading... without change
3)If you refresh,  a popup appears:
Will you allow server "<Unknown Server>" to collaborate with the server "https://jazz.com:9443/jts/" using the "**********" user ID?
Choose "Yes" to allow this collaboration. Choose "No" to cancel.
Expand Tell Me More
The server "<Unknown Server>" is configured to collaborate with the server "https://jazz.com:9443/jts/". This means that the server "<Unknown Server>" will be able to execute services with the "USER" user ID. However, as an additional security precaution, you must verify whether or not you want to allow these two servers to collaborate. If you choose "No" and change your mind later, you will be able to try again.
4) If you accept, a new message appears:
The webpage cannot be found

You can try to run the reindex in JTS server, this will help you to fix the dashboard issue in CCM.

Reindex steps

1) Shutdown the IHS server.

2) Shutdown JTS Server's WAS services

3) Shutdown 'CCM' followed by other CCM2, CCM3 and CCM4 WAS services.

4) On the JTS Server, please CD to the path /opt/IBM/JazzTeamServer/server/conf/jts and take the backup of the indices folder and save that in a safe location.

5) Then on the JTS Server, CD to opt/IBM/JazzTeamServer/server/ directory run the reindex using this command:

./repotools-jts.sh -reindex all

After the reindex operation is completed, please re-start the WAS servers in this order.

(a) Start JTS Server's WAS services

(b) Start 'CCM' followed by other CCM2, CCM3 and CCM4 WAS services.

(c) Start IHS Server.

From the JTS/admin page ensure that all applications are connecting fine.

Then, login to ccm/web and check whether the dashboard are listing as per your desire.
