RTC workitem template available list disappear
Hi RTC admins,
Currently I found all workitem templates are listed in one RTC project, however, the available workitem template list is null, the list is disappeared, do you know how to enable the workitem template available list? (workitem-> workitems from template: available list is null, however, those templates have configured in Configuration Data -> Workitems-> Templates ).
Please suggest, thank you.

For future reference in case others have this same problem: it ended up being solved by restarting the CCM.
