Where is REST api documentation?

Hi,

I am trying to find documentation on the REST api for Jazz (RTC in particular). The latest I have seen is 4.0.x. Is 6.0.x using the same APIs? But it is difficult to find and all seems rather old and disjointed. Is there a "official" site?
