Sprint dates - Sprint show one day less than expected

Yaron Norani (47267064) | asked Jul 17 '16, 7:35 a.m.
 Hello,

We work with RTC planning for a long time.
The users reports that for each sprint this behavior occurs:
1. Suppose a sprint is for 10 days, the capacity for all users is 9 days (1 less). Work environment for user is 100% for this timeline.
2. plan - work breakdown - the team found that at last day of iteration you do not see available hours for the team members - seen at work breakdown - load.
3. Burndown reports - at the last day of sprint we see that indicators like: ideal and expected complete are not there, even the sprint will end only at the end of day.

This is strange. feels like RTC does not consider the last day.
Process template is based on SCRUM V3.
Current RTC version: 5.0.2.

Unless you provide a lot more information e.g. how the iteration start and end dates are configured, no one can help.
From my experience, a lot of users use the Scrum template based process and if this would be a general problem it would have been reported. So I assume it is a setup/configuration issue on your side or maybe is related to time zones.
