Imapact of changing State Group names and adding new State Groups
Currently on 4.0.7
A PA is changing its process and requires the Kanban view to reflect the different points in that process. Stories will go through 3 main processes - Triage - Design - Delivery with different States within each Therefore understand the need to rename and add new groups Would anyone be able to advise on what impact would this have on existing Plans Queries, Reports and charts including on the Dashboard |

Hi John, I've done something like this - but split the Iteration rather than the "Workflow" This works well in the plan as you can display by Iteration and then that will group your points etc So I did it for a Backlog > Sub Iterations > Discovery / Define / Ready for Sprint. They all sit within the Main Backlog Iteration so "Queries etc." are ok. Just one suggestions Best Regards Matt Muller |
