Build forge and Jazz Build Engine Comparision

Deepali Deshmukh (8913759) | asked Jun 27 '16, 9:20 a.m.

Hi All,

I am evaluation BF and RTC build features. I want to know both the tools on the feature such as Scalability, Automation, Traceability, Flexibility, Scheduling, Distributed build creation, Reports generation, Deployment, Virtualization,Security, Parallel execution, Concurrency (How many concurrent builds). Can anyone help to understand on the point.

What are the benefits of RTC -BF integration over RTC build?

Thanks in Advance.

The main difference is Build Forge can handle incredible complexity and JBE is essentially for simple builds.

Thank you Spencer for your reply.

I have referred the link you shared. I want to know more in details on the points so that we can have clear understanding. Comparison which should suggest 'Why to go with JBE/BF' . I just came across this helpful link  https://jazz.net/forum/questions/50198/rtc-build-questions
