can we add table in WorkItem Editor Presentation?
We need to store some values and want to keep that workitem as Excel record sheet.

No you can't. See https://jazz.net/forum/questions/211511/custom-table-inside-workitem and multiple of these requests. You can upload an excel as an attachment.
