is there a way to import 'Test Script' Section  Execution variables in to rqm using RqmExcelImporter

Yes, you may import Test Script Execution variables into RQM using ExcelImporter. Please refer to

[Execution Variable Support ]section for the syntax and examples.

(you can use testscript to replace testcase in the examples)

Where is the 'Test Script' section execution variables you are referring to?
I checked the imported result, and I can see execution variable imported into test script
in my test(see below). I am not sure what you mean by ''Test Script' section execution variable'
