Traceability report in JRS 6.0.1

V Niranjan (12545173) | asked Apr 28 '16, 7:04 a.m.

Hi

How do we generate a complete Traceability report as in

Requirement --> Story --> Task --> Test Case --> Defect

I am aware of up to 3 levels.

Any inputs will help.

Regards

Not sure that we follow your question fully, but this is what we were able to determine (with thanks to Kevin Cornell from the Reporting dev team)...

Let me know if this helps to answer your question...

Requirement =implemented By=> Work Item (change its name to Story and add a condition "type=Story".
Story =child=> Work Item (change its name to Task and add a condition type=Task)
Task =testedBy=> Test Case
Test Case =related=> Work Item (change its name to Defect and add a condition type=Defect)

This is what the traceability looks like for a DW report, but an LQe report would be similar (slightly different relationship names):
