Closing plan items
One of our users accidentally created a couple of plan items instead of
tasks. How does one close the plan items? Bryan |

It depends on the <workflowDefinition

Instead of closing them and reopening task for them you can change the
type of the work item from plan item to task. Dirk Bryan Hunt wrote: One of our users accidentally created a couple of plan items instead of |

Yes, things have changed in M4 ... you can now change the type of a
workitem (and you are correct that in M3 you couldn't). Cheers, Geoff David Olsen wrote: Dirk Bumer wrote: |
