Is the SAP SolMan and CLM integration (described in http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rational/library/integrate-rational-alm-applications-sap/index.html)  still supported in the current CLM 6x release?

The SAP Connector is no longer under development/support, and there are no current plans for it to support CLM v.6.

Are there any alternatives for integration with SAP SolMan?

That depends on the SAP Solution Manager version. According to SAP the API for SolMan 7.2 API will be public and can be used for 3rd party integrations. You need to check with SAP if or when the API for the SolMan component, which you want to integrate, becomes available.
