I wonder if these is a way to compare the results of two different Test Suite Execution Records in order to identify regressions.

Comparing results  of  two TSERs is not available in RQM UI. 
One of  the alternate method could be downloading the results in PDF format and then compare the pdf files via  some  PDF compare tool if available.
