CRJAZ0972I error in localhost

Arshad Adavani (231220) | asked Mar 14 '16, 1:05 a.m.
Hello all,

I have set up localhost for rtc and trying to execute some basic actions.

When I try to assign a role to a user it gives me the following error.

'Save Project Area' failed. Missing required license. An error response was received from the Jazz Team Server. Status=400. Message: CRJAZ0972I The "Save Project Area" operation was forbidden because the "Developer" license is currently deactivated.

Any hint, where I am going wrong ?

Regards,
Arshad

Hi Arshad

Looks like the developer trial license is expired and hence you are unable to do any project changes.

Please assign a valid developer license or activate a build license and assign to the JazzAdmin/JazzProjectAdmin to perform the changes.

If this answers your question please mark it as accepted.

Regards,
Rohit

Can you verify if the user who attempts to save a Project Area has a RTC Developer license assigned?
